By using the "Najeh" app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Purpose

Najeh is a preparation tool to help healthcare practitioners prepare for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS / Prometric) exam. The app is a study aid only, not a substitute for formal academic education.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. There are no external payment methods inside the app.
• The actual monthly and yearly prices are displayed inside the app on the subscription screen, in your local Apple App Store currency (prices may vary by country).
• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal fees are charged to your Apple account within 24 hours of the current period ending
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Apple Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
• Free Trial: 3 days via Apple Introductory Offer. Any unused portion is automatically forfeited when a paid subscription begins

3. Permitted Use

• Personal use for exam preparation only
• Copying or redistributing question content is prohibited
• Using the app for any illegal activity is prohibited
• Reverse engineering the app is prohibited

5. AI Assistant

The AI Assistant uses Anthropic's Claude model. Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of answers. Do not rely on them for actual medical decisions.

6. Your Account

The app does not use accounts in the traditional sense — your data is stored on your device. You can permanently delete all data via "My Profile" → "Delete Account".

7. Intellectual Property

All content (design, code, questions, explanations) is owned by the app developer. Questions are inspired by the SCFHS general curriculum and do not infringe on Prometric's property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for:

• Failure to pass the exam or any result thereof
• Any clinical decision based on app content
• Server outages or service interruptions
• Data loss

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication in the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
